Policy Development Programme Manager (Ref: RM2)
Salary scale 34 - 38
Working with organisations at a local and strategic level, the Policy Development Programme Manager will play a major role in the development and review of anti-bullying policies across Scotland.  They will lead on respectme's policy agenda and will engage with a diverse group of stakeholders to promote the values of respectme through the Better Policy Making Approach.

With a sound knowledge of local and national policy in relation to children and young people, the successful candidate will have extensive experience of liaising with adults at all levels, offering advice and support to encourage best practice in policy development and implementation.

Service Support Officer (Ref: RM3)
Salary scale 18 - 22

As well as being the first point of contact for all enquirers, the Service Support Officer will play a key role in the coordination and administration of training and will assist the Senior Service Support Officer in all conference and event planning. 

With a proven track record in delivering effective and efficient administration procedures, the successful candidate will facilitate the work of managers, supporting them to deliver excellent services to stakeholders, and will play an active role in the creative process of campaign planning and delivery.
