to the ‘my respectme' members forum.
This
section of our website will give individuals and organisations a personalised
service from respectme.
The
main website offers advice and support to everyone who accesses it; people can
get practical strategies and general advice and guidance for dealing with
bullying in a number of settings.
The
members' forum differs in that it is designed to give you a service based on
your needs. You will be able to share the work you are doing with us, upload
documents and policies and receive direct feedback from respectme.
If
you are a teacher, carer, youth club worker, football coach or have any role to
play with children and young people and you want to let us know what is or isn't
happening where you are, log on and contact us through the forum. You can
always call us on 0844 800 8600 but the forum establishes a more flexible
dialogue.
It
is designed to allow you to easily send and receive information and documents
to support your practice and policy development. We will appraise these documents and forward
examples of good practice in similar fields. We will use this forum to gather
views and opinions and inform the development of the service.
We
will also liaise with our trainers and champions through the forum but it isn't
exclusively for their use.
You
will be able to access e-learning opportunities in the shape of worksheets and
resources for you to use or to disseminate to your staff or volunteers. This
will allow you to appraise competency levels, build up your own knowledge and
decide on how to further use the training and resources provided by respectme.
