Being bullied hurts and knowing what to do to make it stop, and where to go for help, can be stressful and confusing. This section of the website is designed to answer some of the questions you might have and to give you some practical advice on what you can do if you're being bullied, or are involved in bullying. You can also download a copy of our booklet, Bullying...What can I do?. Unfortunately every bullying situation is different and there isn't any one solution that will work for everyone.
