How will we Raise Awareness of the amendments to our policy?
There needs to be a high level of awareness about the addition of cyberbullying to your policy in order for it to be implemented successfully.
Methods for doing this may include:
- A poster campaign (designed by children/young people)
- Assemblies or non-school equivalents
- Staff meetings/on-going agenda item
- Training calendar for staff
- Creating a social networking site for your organisation to highlight the changes/new approach
- Awareness days/weeks - in school this may take the form of cross-curricular lessons.
