The work of respectme is delivered by a core team of five staff and will be supplemented with help from our Champions and trainers at a local level.

Brian Donnelly, Director
As Director, I provide strategic management to respectme that embodies the values of the service and those of our partner organisations.  I ensure that respectme has a pofile nationally and internationally and establishes partnerships with key stakeholders across Scotland. My role is to influence policy and practice at a national level in relation to anti-bullying work and to drive a wider cultural change in Scotland in relation to bullying behaviour and attitudes towards children.

Pamela Graham, Communications Manager
My role involves ensuring that the work of respectme is effectively communicated to our stakeholders, both internally and externally.  I am responsible for the ongoing development of the respectme website and I work with the team to develop the resources contained within it.

I am the main point of contact for all media enquiries and issue responses and media releases on behalf of respectme.   I also play a key role in the development of respectme's campaigning activities.

If you have any questions or feedback regarding the website, our resources and publications, if you want to find out more about respectme campaigns or if your enquiry is of a media nature, please feel free to contact me.

Lorraine Glass, Partnership Manager
As Partnership Manager I establish and maintain partnerships with stakeholders to support and guide them through the process of policy and skills development that reflect their individual needs.

I have a responsibility for overseeing the support that we offer to organisations in developing, reviewing and implementing robust and relevant anti-bullying policies and in organising any subsequent training and skills development that supports this.

I am also involved in policy development at a strategic level to promote the rights of children and drive forward cultural change in Scottish society.  If you have any enquiries relating to anti-bullying policy or our training then contact me.

Una McLean, Senior Service Support Officer
I am responsible for the day to day running of the office, ensuring that efficient and effective administrative systems and procedures are in place.  I play a key role in assisting the Service Director in managing the service budget and also provide specific support to the Director including diary, email management, arranging meetings and events.  I provide line management support to the Service Support Officer to ensure that the highest standards are maintained.

Laura Shannon, Service Support Officer
My role as the Service Support Officer entails pretty much a bit of everything.  I'm there to assist with the day to day running of the office but also with any tasks the managers pass me.  I'm also responsible for sourcing venues for training and other events, ensuring they are set up to suit our needs and to make sure all attendees get to the right place at the right time.  I'm your first point of call within respectme so any enquiries you have should be directed to me and if I can't help you, I'm sure to know someone who can.
